“Inversiya” (Inversion) Exhibition
When: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–22:00
The first personal exhibition of the Belarusian artist Slava Semeniuta, who has strong feelings about street art, has recently opened at the "Cech" ("Цэх") gallery. In this completely white area you can stroll around and look at completely geometrical sculptures, graffiti and illustrations, and experience audio and visual installations. Entrance, as usual, is free, and it is even possible to purchase some of the artist’s work (which is somewhat less usual for exhibitions here).

Europe Day concert
When: Thursday, 19:00.
On Thursday, the Philharmonic will hold a concert in honor of Europe Day – not a particularly popular holiday in Belarus, but the orchestra is celebrating it in style. The concert will feature the State Academic Symphonic Theater of the Republic of Belarus (conducted by Anisimov), the Symphonic Orchestra of the Academy of Music, and a capella choir, a student choir, and others. The program will include Artūrs Maskats’ “Venus Stanzas”, Ludwig van Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, and other works. There are very few remaining tickets, and this is understandable: in Minsk you can listen to the best orchestra in the country for a relatively low price.

Project “Dach-24”
When: Friday, 18:00–22:00
The massive exhibition of the accomplishments of the Belarusian avant-garde over the last ten year continues at BelExpo, and the organizers are finding more ways to lure in visitors than mere exhibits: for example, they recently showed a film about Belarusian artists and hosted a discussion on sculpture. This Friday, from 18:00–22:00 at “BelExpo”, there will be a one-day performance festival called “Daсh-24”. You will be able to look at the exhibition along with other oddities going by the name of modern art.

Yanni Concert
When: Saturday, 19:00.
Yanni Chryssomallis is one of the most famous composers of our time; he usually composes music about the greatness of man, nature, and the universe, performs on the largest stages in the worlds, sells an enormous amount of albums, and does everything else a popular instrumentalist should. He was already in Minsk once last year, and the tickets sold out in minutes. This makes sense: the concerts of Chryssomallis and his orchestra are pulled off with boldness and flair. There are still some tickets left for his concert in May, although not very many.
